In order for an item to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

Item was purchased within the last 30 days;

Goods in original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

Damage to stamps caused by your own reasons that affects secondary sales;

There is no order number or other proof that the item was purchased in our store;

More than 30 days after receiving the goods;

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to return any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

Return the Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the merchandise to us. You need to submit a return or refund application through [email protected]. After the application is approved, you should send the goods to the following address: 25 Talcott Rd, West Hartford, CT 06110, United States.

We are not responsible for damaged or missing merchandise in returns. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue refunds if the item has not actually been received or proof of return has not been received.

Please note that the postage you paid for the product will not be refunded when we issue a refund.

How much is the return fee?

You are responsible for return postage.
