Postage

Standard Delivery: Free shipping on orders greater than or equal to $45.99, $4.99 on orders less than $45.99.

Express Delivery: Free shipping on orders greater than or equal to $69.99, $9.88 on orders less than $69.99.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders close at 17:00 (EST).

Processing Time

Processing time is 1-2 days. In the event of force majeure, order processing will be delayed. Nonetheless, we make sure to process your order quickly, weather permitting.

Transit Time

Standard Delivery: The shipping time is 3-8 business days.

Express Delivery: The shipping time is 1-4 business days.

Product Damage

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the product is not damaged, if you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt to request a return, exchange or refund. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy page for details.

Cancellation of Order

If you change your mind after placing your order, we can accept cancellations within 30 minutes of your order being placed. Cancellation of an order is not supported if the order has already been shipped.
